Happy Cinco de Mayo!At Costco last night we tried this awesome carne asada, so we decided to get it and make tacos for Cinco de Mayo. They were super delicious. Because it was so muggy outside, we decided to make non-alcoholic margaritas...which actually tasted 100 times better than ones with tequila. It was basically a slushy, but I definitely appreciated the fact that I didn't have a headache in the morning!
