Spinach & Artichoke HeavenTonight we went to Applebee's to take advantage of the 2 for $20 thing they have going on. Normally, we don't go out for dinner during the week (at least we really try hard not to!) but lack of grocery shopping this weekend meant there was only frozen chicken at our house. Anyway, the 2 for 20 deal is really good...especially if you only get water to drink, your bill really is only $20! Plus, it's a good reason to get the delicious dip you see above.
