Ortega Chili BurgersTonight we decided to have these burgers for dinner. I think they might have won the spot as my new favorite...super simple to make and just the right amount of chili flavor. We used Monterey Jack cheese, mild Ortega chilis and burgers we bought at Costco last week. The onion rings definitely topped off the meal nicely.
